Shipping & Returns

All JAG gloves are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

If you need to return or exchange your gloves for any reason, please email us at jagsoccer1@hotmail.com with your order details, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns for Any Reason

We want to make sure you get the right glove and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your gloves to JAG within 30 days of purchase.

New Condition

If gloves or gear are in new condition (the plastic film on the palms has not been removed), they are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Used Condition

If gloves or gear have been used (the plastic film has been removed from the palms), they are eligible for store credit or an exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy Notes

• Products purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Warranty is void if Glove Glu or any aftermarket glove adhesive is used.

• Aftermarket glove adhesives can significantly alter the quality of the Professional German Grip and will void the warranty immediately.

Please avoid using these products to maintain the performance and warranty of your gloves.
