Shipping and Returns

We send all our gloves via the USPS, gloves will arrive within 3-5 working days after the order.

If you would like to return or exchange your gloves for whatever reason then please send us information regarding your return to jagsoccer1@hotmail.com and we will resolve the problem ASAP.

RETURN FOR ANY REASON

We want to make sure you select the right glove! If you are unhappy for any reason, you can return it to JAG within 30 days of purchase.

If Gloves/Gear are in NEW condition (plastic can not be peeled from palms) it can be returned for Full Money Back, less shipping.

If Gloves/Gear are Used (plastic is peeled from palms of gloves) it can only be returned for Store Credit or an Exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Any Products past 30 Days of purchase date are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty is voided if Glove Glu or Aftermarket Glove adhesive is used.

Aftermarket glove adhesive products will drastically alter the quality of the Professional German Grip and voids warranty instantly. Please avoid.
